About
I'm a Product Owner in the Apple space. In SAP's Mac Services team I drive the development of Mac@SAP.
For me, product ownership sits where technology, people and process meet. I prioritise the Mac@SAP roadmap, align it with SAP's Agile Release Train in PI Planning, and work closely with Apple and senior stakeholders at SAP.
I designed and introduced our hybrid agile framework based on Scrum, SAFe and Kanban, and I keep developing it. When needed, I step in as acting deputy head of Mac Services. I also mentor working students and look after the certification and lifecycle of new Apple hardware.
